Love these photos of happy kids at the beach! I grew up only a few minutes drive from the beach so my childhood looked a lot like this. What are the jelly-like things in the first two photos Carly?
hi there, thank you for the kind comments, the kids are calling the clear, crescent-shaped wobbly jelly shapes, jellyfish, they search incessantly, collect, squash and cart home to keep as pets in sand buckets with salty water. I hate to admit that they really are egg sacs from a sand snail, i won’t tell them or the colony of children on the beach also collecting them for their amusement!
The move has been the most grandest and breathtaking leap of faith i have ever taken for myself and my tribe, all is more than well here. X
